打電話去訂枱星期六食午飯時經理話要坐bar枱問我哋有冇問題,好似好滿座咁,點知去到時見到好多吉枱,好心訂枱嗰個就唔好話要人坐bar枱咁趕客啦!午市Set lunch 有5款主菜選擇,價錢由$198-$368頭盤包3款,有洋蔥湯,椰菜花切粒扮做成意大利飯和煎三文魚 主菜叫咗用枝竹羊腩煲做concept 嘅羊扒,腐乳嘅泡沫,薑汁南瓜配料,真有少少羊腩煲的風味。 另外一個主菜叫咗意大利紅蝦跟蝦子油意粉,紅蝦煎成半生熟,外面熟而入面生,口感一流,最喜愛帶微辣的蝦子油意粉,充滿蝦子的鮮味,店方仲將一小瓶的蝦子油放在桌上,讓人客自己可添加。 甜品係紫糯米糍包著雲呢拿雪糕,伴碟有白朱古力及椰汁珍珠,好似飲紫糯米糖水。 侍應在每道菜上桌時有詳細介紹,非常細心,抵贊!    餐廳嘅分子料理,烹調方法獨特充滿個人風格非常有誠意! 會再同朋友來!
