To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於灣仔的「貓之眼」一直以蛋包飯聞名，是不少人心目中的打卡名店。今天和同事特意來試試，但排隊時間非常長，等了至少半個小時才成功入座。對於時間緊迫的上班族來說，這樣的等候確實是一種挑戰 🙈🙈今次我點了店內最豪華的特選三拼蛋包飯，包括漢堡扒、濃茄牛肉和咖喱豬肉，可算是一次過試盡多款配料。從賣相上來看，蛋包飯的外觀金黃柔滑，確實誘人，但味道上卻有些平淡，蛋包飯內的飯並非炒飯，而是較為普通的白飯，少了層次感。三款配料中，濃茄牛肉酸甜適中，算是比較出色的一道；咖喱豬肉味道較為普通，而漢堡扒的質感偏軟，整體表現中規中矩。或許是對這家店的名氣抱有過高期望，實際的味道卻並未突破意料之中、沒有讓人驚艷到想再回頭光顧的衝動🤔 總的來說，「貓之眼」的蛋包飯可以一試，但對於追求性價比或時間緊張的顧客來說，並非值得花時間排長龍或經常光顧的選擇 🙈
