To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在「賽馬會創意藝術中心」觀賞畫展完,在白田購物中覓食,看見有「小排檔懷舊車仔麵」,我們就决定吃車仔麵來懷舊一番!我的自選六款餸:醬汁魷魚、牛坑腩、金錢肚、豬紅、牛柏葉、豬皮。配淮山麵線、腩汁與凍奶茶。昔日車仔麵選擇不多,必備食材有水魷魚、豬紅、白蘿蔔與豬皮。今天車仔麵除了傳承固有食材,也增添較高質食材,令口感更豐富。水魷魚爽脆可口,醬汁合味道。牛坑腩炆得腍而不爛,夠入味。滿掛腩汁的金錢肚、豬皮,香濃腍滑。豬紅是仍小時候的懷舊味道,很愛!牛柏葉、淮山麵線掛起腩汁吃,好味道不在話下,添加碎辣椒與菜圃更冶味開胃。朋友的自選六款餸:牛坑腩、醬汁魷魚、芝士流心丸、雞翼、芝士腸、響鈴。同樣配淮山麵線、腩汁與熱奶茶。看見朋友吃到舔舔脷,我不禁大笑起來!
