今日到鰂魚涌工作完畢,見到在不遠處有一間名叫「滷府」的店舖。想起家人曾說很久沒吃滷水食品,便走去看看。套餐和單點也有不少選擇。「滷佛爺」 (鵝脾、鵝肝、鵝腸、鵝腎和鵝蛋) 看來很豐富,今次就點這個吧。滷佛爺配飯,轉鵝油撈麵只需多付$5;飲品點了凍檸檬茶。我另外要了一份滷水墨魚。拿回家跟家人分享。醇香味濃的滷水令鵝脾、鵝肝、鵝腸、鵝腎和鵝蛋滷得入味。原來還有滷水雞蛋和滷水千層腐皮滷水鵝髀皮薄,肉質細緻。鵝肝甘香軟滑。鵝腸去除了肥膏,非常爽口,不老韌。鵝腎爽口有嚼勁。首嚐鵝蛋,滷水鵝蛋體積比滷水雞蛋大,蛋味濃郁。滷水千層腐皮軟韌帶彈性。以鵝油來撈麵,麵條更爽口滑溜,透出陣陣油香。滷水墨魚口感爽脆。想不到凍檸檬茶也不錯,茶底清香。鮮香滷水食品越嚼越甘香,不錯呀!滷水食品本身已入味,另可蘸點醋/滷水來吃,味道更濃郁。
