Grill的串燒在中環薄有名氣,不少外傭及外國人都在假日時慕名光顧,當然也有本地人光顧,所以蠻人山人海在店內鄰,幸好等了15分鐘可以入座。所有串燒都是即點即燒,保證熱騰騰的。未見其身,先聞其香。有機粟米清脆之間帶有水嫩的滋味,成為了朋友的最愛,灑上青咖哩汁後更是增添美味。牛仔骨撒上青檸辣椒等調味料惹味非常,肉質中心保留紅嫩色澤,吃起來有種香烤的口感,表面焦香,內裡保留肉質的原始香氣合而為一。牛肉吃起來軟嫩多汁,鹹度中等而不死鹹,炭香十足,快火加熱保持肉質水份而不柴,讓朋友吃到讚不絕口這美味。白鱔魚肉轉化成各式各樣的鮮甜味道,同時隨著燒烤時水份的蒸發將魚肉鮮甜不斷濃縮。魚皮部份烤得剛好酥香,肉質肥美,油脂適中,好吃得不得了。有機蘆筍拿上手讓人心花怒放,鮮嫩度讓人驚喜,口感爽脆,味帶甜香,加上咖哩汁後更別有一番風味。接著登場是雞中翼,添加香草,辣醬及檸檬汁,讓我們開胃起來,深得我們讚賞。雞翼外皮香脆,吸附滿滿醬汁,微辣微酸的口感,不能忽視。雞肉剛烤出來香氣四溢,雞肉表面微微的焦黃還有雞油冒出來,讓人看了想趕快把它吃進肚裡。雞肉表面脆口,內裡嫩彈美味,吃起來汁多可口,讓人有飛馳的感覺。豬肉也
