今晚約了朋友去荃灣的Vici R&B聚會,晚市時間會有駐場live band表演,另外食物方面,有pizza、串燒等,款式甚多,而且cocktail都有很多花款。店員先送上牛油爆谷,送酒一流,還無限添加。先點了杯cocktail,Espresso martini & Shiso rolling,前者用了自家製的vodka,咖啡味香濃又帶酒香;後者用了櫻桃酒及青檸,味道清新。千島醬海鮮薄餅是薄餅底,餅邊焗至香脆,表面舖滿了芝士及青口等,帶點沙律醬甜香。串燒要了大葱雞、豬頸肉、雞翼、雞皮、茄子、雞腎、豬腩肉,雞皮十分香脆惹味;豬頸肉醬汁有特色,厚切更是十分爽彈;豬腩肉不會太肥。雞肉棒沾上照燒汁及蛋汁,入口更嫩滑,中間有些雞軟骨粒粒,略帶咬口。最後食返個香甜的燒菠蘿,非常滿足的一餐。
