今日睇中呢間小店食串燒,小小嘅店舖有啲似日本嘅居酒屋。 爬哂文先嚟,有哂心水食乜嘢首先!豬軟骨稻庭烏冬,芝士辣湯底上到枱已經見有一塊芝士溶咗喺湯麵,飲一啖湯 辣味微芝味濃, 芝士控應該會好鍾意。 溫泉蛋夾開, 蛋黃慢慢流出。 豬軟骨煮到肉鬆骨淋, 入口即溶! 烏冬我比較鍾意食稻庭烏冬多於讚岐烏冬, 前者係早年只有日皇才可以享用嘅美食,質感幼滑煙韌。燒安格斯牛,牛味濃,一口咬落去肉汁出曬嚟,42蚊一串但係絕對值得,推介!燒牛舌,切得比較厚身,爽口有嚼強卻不韌蒜蓉燒扇貝,勁多蒜, 加上幾粒指天椒非常惹味。 鮮味蒜味辣味嘅混合,味道非常多層次。 如果朋友嚟食嘅話,呢個係must食!燒羊架, 雖然燒汁好濃味,但係完全冇蓋過羊嘅騷味,Good!好多朋友推介燒青魚, 就叫一個嚟試下! 魚皮燒得幾香脆,厚肉,配合佢哋嘅醬汁,酸酸鹹鹹,唔错。一個完美嘅晚餐點可以冇甜品呢?我哋叫左呢個蕃薯香芋丸, 脆漿包著番薯蓉,蕃薯蓉包著香芋蓉, 甜味主要嚟自番薯蓉, 咬落香芋味就跑出嚟啦! 大愛另外我哋叫咗呢隻蘋果梳打, 甜甜酸酸,中和燒烤食物既熱氣感,我覺得夜晚嚟呢間餐廳,氣氛會比較好,同朋友飲下啤酒, 一邊食一
