To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

28-5-09(四)很久沒吃華姐的清湯牛腩了。一來到，華姐就找到座位安頓我們和我們的兩袋大行李。我擔心 T 吃河粉不夠飽，華姐建議他吃菜飯。清湯牛腩菜飯(35)：牛腩既焾又入味；湯真是清湯，不會過油過鹹；菜飯一大碗，華姐還問 T夠不夠。清湯牛腩粉($25) ：牛腩一樣好吃，河粉很細滑，滿滿的一碗，身心都得到滿足了。
