今次同媽媽嚟食正宗嘅日本Omakase 全雞宴,係用鹿兒島黑薩摩雞作食材,口感比起平時嘅雞更加有咬口,最特別係可以用來做雞刺身!前菜非常豐富,一盤有四個唔同嘅菜式。最出色嘅係佢嘅雞肝醬多士,好有鹹香味得嚟又唔會太腥。雞頸肉作為第一道菜真係一啲都唔失色,雞頸肉附近比較多脂肪,食落去有啲似和牛咁樣入口即溶,上菜前師傅亦都擺咗芥末漿落去調味。終於試到雞柳刺身!師傅會先煎香咗外皮,所以食落去一開始唔太覺得係刺身。同三文魚子味道都非常之夾,似平時嘅刺身手卷。本身好鍾意食雞腎,因為覺得佢口感彈牙。今次呢個雞心可以話係雞腎嘅進化版,食落去冇雞腎咁乾。跟住落嚟嘅燒雞胸做到外脆內軟,師傅火候調校得好好,食落去有炭燒味而且唔會好難咀嚼。第二舊師傅建議加上山椒粉,食落去就更加有日本風味。食到咁上下,有白桃雪葩refresh一下。要大讚呢個炭燒粟米!有好香牛油味,裡面亦非常多汁。主食有蕎麥麵配上雞肉京蔥湯,份量亦啱啱好。最後由原味雪糕配哈密瓜粒作完結~媽媽亦食得十分滿意!
