今日約左舊同事慶祝生日,同事喺尖沙咀做野,咁就行左去厚福街H8食日本野,上到餐廳好有日本風。牛肉壽喜燒,鐵板燒到熱辣辣,上枱時沙沙聲,勁香,甜甜地的醬汁配薄薄的牛肉,加洋蔥片一起食,好嘢味。岸久廚師特選丼,放滿蟹肉、蟹柳、三文魚籽的小木桶,丼有三種食法,第一食是傳統食法,加豉油wasabi攪拌後食,蟹肉鮮甜,好有蟹味。二食是放在紫菜,卷做手卷,有紫菜香,這食法最好味。三食茶漬飯,湯有魚味,奶白色,這食法的三文籽特別好味,又鮮又脆。火炎鍋是今晚最特別,清酒火炎後,還有小小酒香,三文魚頭和蜆的甜,令加入的野菜特別甜。
