To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

憶食尚臘味煲仔飯,顧名思義係以臘味及煲仔飯馳名,位於佐敦文匯街嘅億食尚! 以獨特嘅方法炮製臘腸,以茅台酒加土黑豬做臘腸是比較特別的 。今日與朋友到嚟幫襯,我們點了籠仔荷葉蒸土雞飯,清蒸川味臘腸及香煎鮮腌海鯧魚及四季豆乾煸雞髀菇。首先荷葉飯用籠仔盛載而上,材料方面,用薑絲,冬菇,雞及飯,用荷葉包裹著,原汁原味上檯,所以荷香味特濃。 至於香煎鮮海鯧魚做法亦比較特別,魚是新鮮嘅鯧魚,由於係醃製關係,所以食落帶鹹味但它又不鹹魚!感覺是怪怪的但因為煎到脆的關係, 食落卻特別爽口。至於清蒸川味臘腸,這個就真是不知如何說起,雖然他是一片薄薄的臘腸,但與我們平時食開的臘腸倒是有分別, 薄薄的一片臘腸雖有豬肉,但並不肥膩,由於是秘製及要有四川風味所以有少許辣味。 至於餐廳環境方面,非常簡潔。待應亦非常殷勤及隨和,令人有一種賓至如歸的感覺 總括而言,花費數百元而有如此享受!我覺得非常值得。
