早兩日放假,經過灣仔,被益新美食館的外觀吸引,從它的外觀睇得出是一間歷史悠久的老字號,估計應該係食懷舊菜的菜館。門外有點心紙,馬上就睇下啱唔啱食,竟然有魚腸食,當然午市係無魚腸,外面真是好少地方有焗魚腸。我和朋友叫左幾個經典和必食的點心。點心前,有腰果作為小食,好大粒的腰果,好脆。古法灌湯餃一我忘記了影相,有別於其他地方的灌湯餃,刺穿了皮,湯流出來了,睇唔出皮好薄,裏面有好多餡料,完全考驗廚師的工夫,掛住跟朋友傾計, 放涼左食,無咁好食,一定要趁熱食。珍菌松露餃一我又忘記了影相,濃郁的松露味,裏面是切粒的菇和翠玉瓜,為呢個餃帶了一份清新,我好喜歡呢個餃,適合素食者。

珍菌松露餃一我又忘記了影相,濃郁的松露味,裏面是切粒的菇和翠玉瓜,為呢個餃帶了一份清新,我好喜歡呢個餃,適合素食者。
