To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自疫情起真係好似有年幾兩年冇飲過茶,終於喺添好運再飲返茶,開左咁耐先第一次食,聽過好多負評,我就覺得不過不失啦,個酥皮叉燒包真係出色嘅,見周邊啲枱都必叫呢樣;豬膶腸粉都ok嘅,豬膶係爽口嘅,粉皮唔厚;蘿蔔糕食到一絲絲蘿蔔,不過係散散地嘅,炸奶黃包,奶黃不是流心的,會有啲乾身,食嗰陣好想問佢有冇煉奶點下😂燒賣冇乜特別,都係出面酒樓食到嘅質素;蛋白蝦春卷我就唔太鐘意了,係食到蝦味嘅但見唔到啲蝦嘅,唔知係咪同啲蛋白打埋咗一齊呢?兩個人好彩,等左五分鐘左右就有位了,整體感覺都唔算差嘅

炸奶黃包,奶黃不是流心的,會有啲乾身,食嗰陣好想問佢有冇煉奶點下😂燒賣冇乜特別,都係出面酒樓食到嘅質素;蛋白蝦春卷我就唔太鐘意了,係食到蝦味嘅但見唔到啲蝦嘅,唔知係咪同啲蛋白打埋咗一齊呢?
兩個人好彩,等左五分鐘左右就有位了,整體感覺都唔算差嘅
