To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

完全理解唔到呢間餐廳點解可以咁多like?香港人食開…???食物方面,成餐最好食就係movenpick雪糕…其他嘢可以無一款食物係稱得上好食,個蟹肉手卷係垃圾蟹柳嚟(非真蟹肉)。個避風塘炒蟹上檯都凍嘅(大部分熱食都係凍)同埋啲蟹肉無味。啲刺身全部淡茂茂。個鵝肝多士入口一陣怪味…比較好啲嘅係芋頭波波…服務方面,寫明係2個鐘放題,6:15入座,俾張單我寫住係8:00交檯。問返門口個侍應,西口西面咁改返8:15交檯。奉勸各位食之前睇清楚張單。然後食到7:15就走嚟話差唔多last order要交檯,到8:00-8:10就過嚟催幾次賣單。環境方面,啲檯真係迫咗啲。$400幾蚊食啲咁嘅嘢、咁嘅服務,真係中大伏,完全唔值
