前 Optimist 的總廚 Chef Jordi Valles 自立門戶,在中環九如坊開了一家西班牙餐廳 Chueca。因為認識 Optimist 的前經理 Louis Simbulan 得知行情,特意在 soft opening 首天光顧。 選址配合形象,小街小巷的 bistro,佈置輕鬆簡約,周五晚上,份外熱閙,幸好我早到可拍照。餐廳的水有特別安排,使用瑞典品牌 Nordaq 優質過濾水,因此需收費每位$20,可以無限飲,我覺得合理。當晚冇得揀嘅是必需點套餐,每位$550,有得揀是那一款主菜,對我來說,當然是加$100/位依然超值的龍蝦飯,Chef 的招牌!本來包括五款西班牙小食,今晚送生蠔。 Oyster肥嘟嘟的生蠔很新鮮,沒有多少海水味,最特色是附上的香水樽噴霧一支,原來吃法是噴上 Chardonnay Vinegar 白酒醋,本來生蠔與白酒就是絕配,蠔味口中輕輕變化。 Tuna Tartare 非常好味,生吞拿魚肉配牛油果,口感潤滑鮮甜,配上海帶一條及若干三文魚子,添適量鹹香,有助提味,撻皮脆而不厚,整體組合非常理想,必吃之選。 Seafood cocktail配料多元豐富

肥嘟嘟的生蠔很新鮮,沒有多少海水味,最特色是附上的香水樽噴霧一支,原來吃法是噴上 Chardonnay Vinegar 白酒醋,本來生蠔與白酒就是絕配,蠔味口中輕輕變化。

外型如三文魚子盒,其實下層是薯仔沙律,混合呑拿魚。雪莉酒醃製過三文魚子味道討好,整體口感豐富美味。

主角出場,質素如在舊店一樣出色,原只龍蝦,下面的米飯吸盡精華,再加上魷魚、洋蔥、蕃茄及 sofrito 西班牙蕃茄醬,極之 juicy 及 yummy,滋味無比!唯一可點之處是對我來說個汁有點偏鹹。
