To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

事緣之前去咗九龍城買泰菜覺得好高質+性價比高,所以又再次到訪九龍城,打算試吓第二間<鮮蝦泰國金柚沙律> $128除咗少不了既彈牙大蝦,柚子沙律本身清爽甘甜,再帶有一啲泰式獨有嘅炸蒜頭同花生配料,淋上泰式獨有嘅醬汁,變得酸甜得來帶有少少辣,好開胃<風味燒豬頸肉> $128豬頸肉邊緣帶有焦香,跟埋嘅醬汁係偏酸辣,夾埋一齊食中和咗豬頸肉嘅油膩感<黃咖哩雞肉> $108濃厚嘅咖哩味道無青﹑紅咖哩咁嗆口;入面有唔少配料包括有雞肉﹑薯仔﹑青椒﹑辣椒同洋蔥~偷飯賊<椰汁西米糕> $58表面嘅椰汁帶有淡淡嘅甜味,西米晶瑩剔透,中間伴隨著一粒粒嘅芋頭粒,甜度有但唔會好似坊間咁死甜
