To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

心血來潮突然想去九龍城小曼谷泰國菜館食正宗泰菜,這裏基本的泰國菜式都有。必食泰式生蝦每次嚟親都係必點的,蝦肉色澤夠新鮮又厚肉鮮甜,再沾上泰式辣醬食,絕配!鮮菠蘿海鮮炒飯炒飯炒得香噴噴,飯粒粒粒分明,帶子同蝦肉好配搭。泰式明爐烏頭熱辣辣香噴噴的湯底,酸酸辣辣好開胃,烏頭肉質好鮮甜入味。泰式煲仔翅材料十足,湯底都好鮮甜翅的份量亦不少,加入芽菜莞茜一齊食,口感豐富。馬拉盞炒通菜色香味俱全,通菜又綠又鮮嫩,一啖接一啖食唔停口。
