今日來到九龍城,沒有揀食泰菜,反而選擇了食潮州菜。來到這間成發潮州菜館。鹵水鵝食潮州菜,鹵水鵝及蠔仔粥都是潮州菜的代表特色菜式,所以我先要了這2個菜。鹵水鵝用豆腐墊底,鹵水鵝切得比較細件,肉質都比較腍,鹵得都較為入味。潮州肉碎蠔仔粥蠔仔比較細粒,湯底雖然不是很清甜,但肉碎的份量都算多。鹵水鵝掌翼鵝掌翼比較細隻,肉質太韌鹵得未夠腍滑,及鹵得不是很入味。
