朕今日本來同一眾隨從去九龍城食泰菜,點知行經呢間雷公子見到九點後有一蚊一隻蒜茸燒元貝,又有足五兩大閘蟹,咁朕就緊係試下啦!先黎上枱既係秘製燒豬肋骨,叫得秘製,就梗係用秘製既方法同秘製既醬汁整架啦,燒豬肋骨外層香脆,有微微既炭燒香味,肉質爽口彈牙,開胃前菜。3D立體芥蘭,朕百思不得其解,芥蘭就梗係立體架啦,唔通平面既咩!呢個芥蘭係張啲芥蘭葉炸到脆卜卜,好似川椒雞啲葉咁,再配埋肉碎同埋芥蘭莖,然後再配埋蒜茸包一齊食,味道一般,但就勝在層次豐富,立體芥蘭,立體者層次也!籠仔荷葉花彫蒸刀貝,有好香既荷葉味,而花彫酒亦滲到刀貝內,加上刀貝既鮮甜,不俗!海鹽手插蝦,先張鮮蝦油泡,再張啲蝦放落錫紙內,再揾海鹽包住加熱,蝦肉咬落爽口彈牙,鮮味十足!蒜茸蒸元貝,差唔多有手掌咁大(連殻計),落足蒜茸,仲加左少少菇,食海鮮,最緊要鮮,呢個蒜茸蒸元貝就夠哂鮮味!!!每人兩個,大滿足!!!最後出場,主角大閘蟹。正所謂《九月團臍,十月尖》不時不食,識食既就梗係食時令野啦,而家仲係農曆九月,朕就梗係要〈團臍》啦!而朕食大閘蟹就剩係食個殻既啫,而食殻就梗係食膏啦,一開個殻,啲膏就咇哂出黎,啲蟹膏金黃鮮甜,食落夠黏口,
