To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

懶惰唔想煮飯，又去小曼谷買個外賣返去做晚餐。🥄香葉肉碎蝦膠皮蛋 $140蝦膠非常之彈牙，配上皮蛋，口感嘅層次好豐富，外彈內軟，如果可以配埋酸酸甜甜嘅醬就更加惹味！🥄鮮菠蘿雞肉炒飯 $100雖然我係叫外賣拎返屋企食，但係佢個飯底就算耐咗都依然粒粒分明，唔會一變成一舊舊。雞肉非常嫩滑，唔會炒到過熟，而且菠蘿味好出，啱晒我呢啲鍾意食菠蘿嘅人。🥄泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉 $110我特別鍾意食金邊粉，佢嘅金邊粉酸酸甜甜，非常之開胃惹味，配上花生碎，令到佢更加有口感。入面仲有兩隻大蝦，非常彈牙，加分！🥄馬拉盞炒椰菜苗 $110非常入味，而且唔會太腍，有時好怕有啲餐廳整嘅椰菜苗會苦，但係依間一啲都唔苦，證明係幾新鮮。雖然加咗好多調味料同配菜落去炒椰菜苗，但係都唔會遮蓋住椰菜苗嘅鮮甜。📍小曼谷泰國美食 (南角道) (九龍城)九龍城南角道9-11號地舖
