Restaurant: Minibangkok Thai Food Station
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友仔去咗銅鑼灣嘅一間泰國菜食晚飯，餐廳空間感十足，好多座位，卡位為主，木色系，平日都full咗一半，感覺呢間頗有人氣，有時仲會有live band，應該幾有氣氛。主食嘅選擇有好多款，我最鍾意乾炒河，雖然隨便去間餐廳都有得食，但九成九係得個油字，呢度做得幾有驚喜，有鑊氣，油量適中，又入味，食完都唔覺得口乾，味精唔多，正。另外幾鍾意呢度嘅炒菜，雖然份量唔多但勝在夠爽口，而且都幾新鮮。朋友話豬肉生菜包同炒飯好正，但個人就覺得有啲鹹，不過平時自己食開清淡嘅，所以先知會咁樣認為。甜品方面好推千層糕，淡淡斑斕香氣，QQ地，好可愛。椰汁西米糕就比較常見，椰味突出，都幾唔錯，性價比算高。
