To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見佢新開冇耐, 晏晝唔駛等位 就同朋友一齊幫襯下啦。 嗌左個腐皮墨魚餅+鮮蝦韮菜餃米線 , 同埋豬軟骨撈麵。 豬軟骨味道唔錯, 個汁唔會太酸或者太甜, 撈落耳削麵剛剛好。 只可惜, 米線黎到嘅時候, 發現點解冇左韮菜餃但多左一堆金菇嘅? 望下張單先發現落錯左, 其實店員落錯單, 真係好小事同好平常, 通常為左不浪費食物, 如果係我會食嘅嘢, 我都會由得佢, 唔駛換過俾我了。 只可惜, 偏偏我朋友唔食金菇的.... 於是同店員講落錯左單喎, 對方嘅回應係:"冇晒韮菜餃喇!" 咁點解落單時唔同我地講呢? 求其落樣餸俾我就算? 跟住有個貌似男經理的走埋黎了解, 佢話會補返韮菜餃俾我地.... 下? 又話冇韮菜餃嘅? 點解咁混亂咖?btw, 湯底完全冇魚味...
