To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2020.09.26Staycations at L’hotel Nina et Convention Centre. As planned to enjoy with DJI mavic air 2, we chose to take some snacks.今次選了：肉鬆貝貝⋯有肉鬆味道一定唔會差得去邊。肉鬆份量剛剛好。九層塔水牛⋯這個可以熱食就一定好好多。至少水牛芝士唔會咁硬，喜愛九層塔，可以多啲就更好。少許車喱茄增添鮮味，亦可令減低芝士太漏的口感。
