平時食傳統既啫啫雞煲會用蠔油🦪、柱侯醬同埋精髓紹興酒,但今次用既係自家水牛醬🐃、藍芝士🔵🧀️同唐芹,感覺幾有新鮮感既fusion菜😜 水牛醬🐃既主要材料係辣椒醬🌶️、白醋、牛油🧈、蒜頭🧄同鹽🧂調製而成,集酸、辣🌶️、鹹於一身,有層次又惹味,另外好神奇既係無左藍芝士🔵🧀️ 嗰種發霉同汽油味,小編覺得應該同用既品種同份量有關,宜家反而係更加香口同creamy~ 今次既啫啫煲一樣係用左砂窩去煮,因為保溫比較好,上枱既時候仍然會沸騰而發出啫啫聲感覺幾治癒😌 雞翼🐥🪽切左件,啖啖肉咁,肉質嫩滑,亦都夠晒入味🤩

炸蔬菜🔥🥬食唔少,炸雞髀菇🍗🍄就第一次試😂 炸皮唔會厚,雞髀菇🍗🍄炸到金黃香脆,蒸發左少少水分之後更加香口,裡面嫩滑juicy~ 至於個熱浪粉🔥就有啲似我地食既熱浪薯片🥔咁,辣辣地又惹味,令到啲菇🍄食落更加有層次👍🏻

孜然粉芳香濃郁再帶啲辛辣🌶️,加熱完之後香味更加出~ 仲配左乾辣椒🌶️,曬乾之後無咁辣同埋多左啲清脆既口感同香味,上面仲有少少高菜🥬 (芥菜)碎,有啲似我地既酸菜,酸酸地可以解膩~ 另外仲配左個蛋黃醬🟡,口感順滑豐厚,幾重牛油味🧈 個調料配埋薯條🍟更加香口惹味,個薯條🍟炸得夠乾身,唔會油淋淋,口感偏酥脆,裡面再帶少少綿密、粉粉地既質感~

睇英文名去覺,但估唔到譯翻中文係”高汁”真係好搞鬼😂 呢個酒精濃度得3%,會比較易入口,風味明亮濃郁,有啲熱帶水果既香氣,酒體比較輕盈
