To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日中午和太座在區內上徒手體操課，落堂後正找地方來個遲午飯，被横街内這上海小店招牌吸引，便入内光顧，雖是不大的面積，枱數五，六張，但看來亦好雅緻😀先選了我們至愛的家鄉燻魚做前菜，味道正宗，魚肉軟硬適中， 醃製工夫恰到好處，這一餐冠軍之菜😋😋👏👏主食點了陳年花雕醉雞套餐，無錫小排骨套餐套餐奉送飲品(選項有豆漿，酸梅湯，茅根竹蔗水)及白飯或菜飯(改擔擔麵另加十元)醉雞花雕酒味濃香，雞肉甘甜嫩滑，全無油膩感 ，水準之作😋😋無錫小排骨， 甜醋味香濃， 排骨肉鬆軟甘香，肉質入口 融化，豬軟骨好有嚼感😋😋太座作主食的擔擔麵賣相亮麗，聽她說味道好地道👏我的菜飯清香又有口感，好决定👏一頓享受的上海式午餐在品嘗一杯熱豆䊢之後完结了👍🏼
