夜晚同一大班親朋戚友聚會,通常都會去酒樓,坐埋一枱,食返個套餐,好豐富好多野食,個個都食到lam lam脷~~呢個係恆生客戶特惠既「12人套餐」,有多款美食,先黎一隻極品燒鵝皇,燒得好靚,唔會太肥,外皮香脆,肉質唔會太實~再黎一個脆皮乳豬,乳豬皮同樣燒得唔錯,脆得黎有啲肥膏黏住,爽得黎又有咬口~食返個龍躉兩味,分別係配西蘭花炒龍躉球同清蒸龍躉腩,兩種煮法都可以帶出魚既鮮味,炒就肉質爽彈啲、蒸就適合腩位,油脂香濃肥美啲~反而我覺得椒鹽鮑魚有啲浪費左食材,椒鹽好鹹,遮左鮑魚既鮮味,而且好乾,無左水份,肉質好乾好實,not good!

反而我覺得椒鹽鮑魚有啲浪費左食材,椒鹽好鹹,遮左鮑魚既鮮味,而且好乾,無左水份,肉質好乾好實,not good!
