To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐外賣自取,個人不在狀態,只攞咗一盒飯就走,直至返到屋企先發現,都係10-20分鐘嘅事,立刻打電話問可以如何處理?一係即刻攞,一係第日攞,最後唯有即刻落去攞番,心情勁差,鬼叫自己大頭蝦。在途中已想好要侍應們翻熱並改為堂食。到取餐處講聲,見他們原來將飯盒及湯一直放係蒸柜保溫,又見我走來走去,問我飲乜,送杯飲品比我。好感動,火氣全消。碟飯當然冇立刻食咁熱,但都可以接受。味道偏淡,自己加了調味。快食完時,輪座的老伯食完離座,執枱的姐姐立即叫他小心慢行,又問要唔要牙簽。真估唔到快餐的人情味這般濃。呢個時候,十分需要這種味道。
