To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日同HONEY一齊放假，去左荃灣行街之後HONEY想食日式野，去到海霸街，行行下見到哩間外表精簡，價錢不太貴的意壽司同HONEY相量下，點左胡麻冷柏葉柚子唐揚雞鵝肝和牛粒石頭飯帶子蟹膏刺身雪酒煮花甲胡麻冷柏葉胡麻冷柏葉真的初看佢系好普通的一個小食，但食一口時，真的估唔到好夾，冷柏葉爽脆，加上胡麻汁，真的好開胃的小食，帶子蟹膏刺身帶子蟹膏刺身哩個小食，見到好多人都點，所以也忍唔住點左來食，帶子加上香濃的蟹膏，加埋蟹子，真的一口好滿足，柚子唐揚雞柚子唐揚雞見到大大舊的雞，加上柚子SAUCE，真的唔會有油利的感覺，雪酒煮花甲哩個真的值得推介，大大隻好多份量的蜆，加上日本酒味重的湯底，另外也有埋娃娃菜同埋粉絲，真的食到想要埋一碗飯哈哈鵝肝和牛粒石頭飯HONEY話做人要有飯氣，所以點埋鵝肝和牛粒石頭飯，和牛粒真的好多，粒粒有肉味，另外鵝肝甘香，加埋石頭飯，真的好好味，店舖真的好有人情味，見到店員和食飯的客人打成一片，有談有笑，同埋店員的服務真的一流，在現在的飲食中，都好少見到有咁有人情味的餐廳了，值得再去~~
