To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 📍#佐敦 熊拉麵#羊羊在佐敦#羊羊在九龍今次經過佐敦就食呢間熊拉麵,係OpenRice收藏榜排名都幾高架😄舖頭唔大位置唔多,但好有日式餐廳風味🍶枱上面仲有啲配料任加,好似醃芽菜同薑絲,加埋豐富好多😝店員服務態度好好,見我拎住蛋糕主動問要唔要幫我雪住❄️🍜黑熊拉麵 $88用咗12個鐘熬製嘅豬骨湯,再加上特製黑蒜油,令到個湯除咗豬骨味,仲多咗一層香油味味😋另外叫咗硬麵,感覺好似仲彈牙啲🥰不過唔好叫瘦叉了,成碗都係脂肪唔差少少🤏因為我叫咗瘦叉真係冇脂肪,有啲柴,仲好薄冇咩口感🫠🍜超級赤熊拉麵 $142超級系列嘅麵係所有配料,即係竹筍個啲都會有齊,而且肉嘅份量都會多咗,有齊肥叉同瘦叉😆個人鍾意呢碗多啲,有啲辣味,仲吊起豬骨香味同解膩😍🥟熊自家製餃子 $48唔係特別推介,始終係做拉麵為主就唔會期望特別出色。上到嚟,睇落煎得唔錯,但夾上去係腍咗,同食落係凍,有啲失望🙍
