母親大人牛一,老、中、青、幼返齊嚟,四代同堂,熱熱鬧鬧幫佢慶生🤩🎂,由於家母年事已高,行動不便,我哋就喺「合時小廚」買外賣開餐呢間位於西灣河,開業 13 年嘅街坊小菜館,向有口碑,經常有人排隊等位。最近重喺《米芝蓮指南香港澳門 2020》首度入選必比登推介好多菜式菜單無,客人點先會做呢度嘅招牌菜式,聽講係用香港新鮮農場雞整嘅。雞肉幾嫩滑,有雞味用唔同茶葉煙燻,色澤均勻,雞皮爽口無肥膏,食落煙燻味好重,不過,食多會覺得喉嚨有啲乾涸!一般,牛肉ok,但芥蘭賣相,實際就無咁翠綠自點菜式,事關小朋友鍾意食估計唔喺石班肉,粟米汁跟斑塊分開上,個人口味覺得幾好,無咁濃味斑塊炸得鬆脆,夠乾身,但家人就認為炸粉厚咗啲,包住斑塊又薄咗啲,唔多抵食雖然喺素菜,但味道都好濃郁,夠惹味,豆腐索晒啲味頗多腰果,冬菇入味,牛柳亦腍蝦殼勁鹹,蝦肉一般,唔夠爽脆,麻麻地都喺偏鹹,豬扒👌,但家人就話惹味鱿魚食得出喺新鮮,炸得亦鬆脆另一個招牌莱,好足料,飯炒得粒粒分明,似乎臘味多過飯「合時小廚」嘅菜式喺西灣河區算喺賣得比較貴,小菜如紅燒豆腐、頭抽煎豬扒等都要百多蚊一客,炸子雞每隻賣近四百蚊。食物總括嚟講,無錯喺有啲水準,

「合時小廚」嘅菜式喺西灣河區算喺賣得比較貴,小菜如紅燒豆腐、頭抽煎豬扒等都要百多蚊一客,炸子雞每隻賣近四百蚊。
食物總括嚟講,無錯喺有啲水準,但又唔講得上頂級。大廚係七、八年代嘅老師傅,以夠穫氣同菜式惹味為主,但衰在偏向重口味,放太多調味料,搞到我食完除咗不停飲水,半夜重要起身飲水
