由前四季酒店總廚掌舵👨🏻‍🍳,自灣仔開店以來,Bakehouse一直都人氣高企📈,門外長期都有人排隊等候新鮮岀爐嘅葡撻🥧,真係非一般嘅受歡迎🤣一兩年前,去過灣仔總店排下隊,去到先知葡撻已經賣曬,下一批要等一個半鐘後🥹。難得去到,冇理由空手而回㗎嘛,所以嗰陣就買咗佢哋嘅scone嚟試下!印象中,份量都幾大下,吃一個已經半飽😂,不過佢地冇jam或者cream cheese提供,所以都有點兒dry相隔幾年再去Bakehouse,發現麵包嘅種類都多咗幾款,比如有sourdough🍩,唔再只有葡撻、牛角包🥐啦!今次非常幸運🍀,終於試到我想吃好耐嘅葡撻啦🤤。幾啖落肚,焦糖味道突岀,內裏蛋漿呈半流心狀態,口感軟滑,果然名不虛傳‼️依家尖沙咀有分店啦~對我呢D好少岀港島嘅人嚟講,方便好多😌。聽講嚟緊仲會喺銅鑼灣、赤柱開分店添啊🫢!

相隔幾年再去Bakehouse,發現麵包嘅種類都多咗幾款,比如有sourdough🍩,唔再只有葡撻、牛角包🥐啦!

今次非常幸運🍀,終於試到我想吃好耐嘅葡撻啦🤤。幾啖落肚,焦糖味道突岀,內裏蛋漿呈半流心狀態,口感軟滑,果然名不虛傳‼️
