餐廳晚市分咗兩個時段用餐, 六點同八點,我哋book咗平日8:00 ,嚟到嘅時候都係要等位🙈今日六點嘅人未走晒。建議早一至兩個禮拜book,如果唔係有機會full晒!!一坐低,除咗問要咩茶之外,都會即刻擺低兩款自家小食:琥珀合桃、梅苦瓜,琥珀合桃甜甜地,仲有少少焦糖味,好似食緊合桃版嘅爆谷😂話梅苦瓜就清爽開胃⭐️勾魂叉燒 $188呢個叉燒係餐廳嘅名菜,甚至叫自己做第一叉燒,而在場基本上每枱都有叫!有別於普通嘅叉燒,呢度叉燒係勁厚切!份量十足,個擺盤好有氣勢😄嚟到嘅時候再係你面前用火槍燒,仲要有視覺享受!🔥味道方面,外皮焦香,製造窿邊叉燒嘅效果,肉腍又juicy,有豐盈油脂,半肥瘦叉燒抹上秘制陳皮醬,甜味適中,有減膩作用。另外仲有脆米伴碟,可以癡喺面咁樣一齊食,口感更佳!估唔到普通一碟叉燒俾佢發揮到咁淋漓盡致。⭐️蜜礬牛柳粒 $198牛柳都幾大粒,但係絕對唔會靭,餐廳採用美國安格斯牛肉, 所以食落鬆軟。薯仔炸得啱啱好,被醬汁包住外層,而唔會令到佢冧咗。⭐️香濃腐乳炒蝦球伴西蘭 $188蝦醬炒蝦球食得多,腐乳炒蝦球第一次食🤣其實都幾夾!呢度採用左廖孖記嘅腐乳,鹹度恰到好處。蝦球好大粒,過一過油令

蝦醬炒蝦球食得多,腐乳炒蝦球第一次食🤣其實都幾夾!呢度採用左廖孖記嘅腐乳,鹹度恰到好處。蝦球好大粒,過一過油令蝦球更加爽口彈牙。西蘭花🥦爽脆清甜,炒得有火喉的!

⭐️啫啫生菜煲🥬 $138
上菜嘅時候,仲係jer jer 聲,夠晒熱辣辣。唐生菜大大顆。先用左蔥、蒜、椒、蝦醬爆香,再加入生菜兜炒,好惹味!

⭐️砂煲蝦頭膏炒飯 $188
呢個炒飯,低調得來又好有實力!炒飯,最重要吵到粒粒分明,有鑊氣,呢度都做得到之餘,仲要加入咗蝦頭膏嘅香,令成碟炒飯昇華咗,蝦肉爽口彈牙,加埋葱粒一齊拌勻,好食到停唔到口,我自己一個人都兩碗😂
整體環境都寬敞,枱同枱之間都有一定距離,雖然人好多,但店員都有禮,上菜速度都快👍👍勁推介!
