To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於有時間,同的起心肝寫我第一篇食評。好開始就由情人節呢餐開始,今年encore返上年嘅餐廳。因為,上年係到食咗塊M5和牛。環境同食物質素都好好。食過返尋味。老公話再黎回味。今年情人節,繼續有情人節套餐。-前菜有蝦子鍋巴龍蝦,口感唔錯,龍蝦都新鮮。俾個good佢。(舊年前菜係帶子刺身)-酥皮海鮮湯個湯都好多野,啖啖龍蝦,唔錯只係覺得個酥皮整得唔靚🤣🤣🤣-main course 有兩款揀。我哋個嗌左一款1)焗三文魚🍣,賣相唔算特別好,味道都還可接受,(但如果唔用酥皮包住上,會好啲。因為湯已經用咗酥皮去焗,main course又有酥皮食完好跩)2)燒澳洲肉眼扒今年塊扒,失望😞 好韌,冇咩牛味,唔juicy. 扣分位,失望(但舊年真係好好味)3)甜品🍮  Tiramisu, 冇咩特別。整體食物冇咩驚喜,但勝在環境安靜有格調。可以正整地食餐飯PS:今年真係輸咗係塊身上

1)焗三文魚🍣,賣相唔算特別好,味道都還可接受,(但如果唔用酥皮包住上,會好啲。因為湯已經用咗酥皮去焗,main course又有酥皮食完好跩)
2)燒澳洲肉眼扒
今年塊扒,失望😞 好韌,冇咩牛味,唔juicy. 
扣分位,失望(但舊年真係好好味)
3)甜品🍮
  Tiramisu, 冇咩特別。

整體食物冇咩驚喜,但勝在環境安靜有格調。
可以正整地食餐飯
