To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次去大埔,朋友問我食乜嘢,我都係話去家傳戶曉。來到6月15日的晚上又同老友敘舊,喜歡去這一間食店,食物可以啦,但貪呢度經理和侍應生服務好,尤其個女經理,晚上很多人等候時,佢都親力親為盡力處理客人入座同要求,當我們安排入座後,她很快為我們開茶和點菜,曾經看見一些無理取鬧的客人,他們都盡力解釋和協助,故此我都喺度寫一寫評論讚賞一下這一間食店的員工,最少本人來過幾次都沒有不愉快的經歷,而且食得很開心。
