To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前言:跟老爸來這兒吃晚飯,為的是用那張「十元現金卷」。食物和評語:兩個大男人,點了兩份晚市套餐。原價$65.5 ,折扣優惠後,合共$45.5。 1. 上海排骨菜飯套餐($33.5): a. 上海排骨:一塊港式炸豬扒,一開四。味道偏淡,相當油膩。 b. 烤夫粒粒:伴食小菜,偏油,但味道尚可。 c. 菜飯:菜量少得可憐。一大碗白飯裡,肯定少於兩片上海白菜。白飯頗「爛」,無味道! d. 鮮人蔘雞燉素翅:相當的人蔘味,雞肉乃雪藏連皮雞腿肉,素翅好比粗粉絲! 2. 燒味雙拼套餐($32):整體上,出奇地好! a. 燒味雙拼(脆皮燒腩、明爐燒鴨):燒腩皮脆肉嫩,五花腩肥瘦均勻,罕有地「掂」。燒鴨皮脆肉鮮滑,少肥多肉少骨,出奇地好!墊底的花生香脆。 b. 油菜:淋上相當多豉油的白菜仔,略油膩,但好過無菜食! c. 白飯:一般貨色,份量偏多,足夠男士食用。 d. 熱檸水:店內罕有的質素可靠的食物。註:燒味雙拼出奇地好,大概都是「好彩」而已。
