想去Kuc Space食野好耐,又想去食港嘢好耐,甘岩呢次佢地cross over,梗係即刻去,go go go. 呢晚佢地仲搵左九龍公司個展覽入面個「百呎農場」主持人分享。話好緊張呀,我出面摸左好耐至搵到個門口,好神秘甘,好似去熨秘密花園,話曬呢度都係歷史建築物。呢個menu同我地今晚食的野無關。至於想飲水的話,自在形式,自己來啦,而餐具都係自己取。呢個就係今晚的餐牌。「港嘢」其實係用本地食料提供素食,主張「不時不吃」、「友善素食」、「本地生產」、「善用食材」,「關心生產」。而平時「港嘢」唔係在Kuc開檔。餐單寫曬每款食物邊度黎,甚至連醬油係邊個醬園都寫埋,真係食得安心又放心。前菜:脆皮素鵝,外層唔算好脆,有別於平時食開的素鵝,反而有份純樸同扎實。好濃郁豆香味,原來係八鄉打石湖石煎腐皮。湯:紫菜豆腐湯,湯底淡身,凸出大澳漁民自家曬紫菜海水味,豆腐質地堅實,食落有份實在感。主食:咖哩薯仔雜菜,伴杞子上湯浸紹菜,配白菜炊飯。整個配搭簡樸、低調,但全部食材都配合得恰當好處,絕不會誰搶了誰的風頭。保留薯仔皮,因為原材料來源甚至生產過程具透明度,所以佢地刻意保留薯皮,唔好浪費。飲品: 紫蘇到手

飲品: 紫蘇到手香茶,好香,兩者互相平衡對方氣味,出來效果非常好,飲落好舒服,可以防感冒。(如果有種開野的朋友就知到手香係非常粗生,又被比喻為植物界的小強。)

飯後,百呎農場場主分享在市區種植的經驗。呢餐飯平實,不矯揉造作,唔會有嘩一聲的感覺,但食得舒服、安心,因為好清楚自己究竟食緊d咩落肚。
