To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人今天照舊食J2早餐,仍然包括牛油多士,烚蛋,腸仔,火腿通心粉和雪碧汽水。首先,原意想叫芬達橙汁汽水,但是沒有,完全想不通為何沒有橙汁汽水供應。其次,只是早上八點不到,水吧人龍巳經很長。第三,排到水吧交飛,要求多士燶一點,結果那個女水吧經理給我看一塊完全未有炕過的多士,於是我又要等,究竟是水吧經理連廣東話都聽唔明呀,還是她不明白多士燶D都聽唔明。跟著想到放胡椒粉的抽屜拿胡椒粉,結果是整個抽屜是吉的,好像開鋪前完全沒有加添的樣子。最後,仍然是沒有員工清理枱面,不是沒有,而是一個女水吧經理在場裡不停地兜圈子,見到熟客就收,其他客人睬你都傻
