咁大個女都未試過食廚師發板,今日出咗糧就去咗元朗嘅舍利鮨到食omakase,點知令人一試難忘一食就愛上啦!呢個廚師發板雖然係要成一個人千幾蚊!但係佢有成20幾樣嘢食,有前菜,燒物,刺身,壽司,卷物,湯同埋甜品,其實計返非常之抵!而且當中仲有好特別同埋好矜貴嘅食材!我最鍾意食嘅就係嗰時不知!個名好得意😎原來就係野生三文魚刺身!佢雖然係唔係一般平時食開嘅三文魚,但係佢食落口有淡淡的清香!仲有個赤背刺身!亦都係令我非常之難忘!因為佢非常之肥美!而且好似係啱啱劏完即切即食咁樣,係非常之新鮮甜!而另一個叫做櫻煮八爪魚🐙一樣非常出色,入口非常之彈牙,完全好爽好煙韌!最令人忘不了既係清湯燉鮑魚,完全食得出係師傅嘅誠意之作!鮑魚煮得好冧好入味,薄薄切片點埋一啲秘製嘅醬汁簡直令人食指大動!

我最鍾意食嘅就係嗰時不知!個名好得意😎原來就係野生三文魚刺身!佢雖然係唔係一般平時食開嘅三文魚,但係佢食落口有淡淡的清香!

仲有個赤背刺身!亦都係令我非常之難忘!因為佢非常之肥美!而且好似係啱啱劏完即切即食咁樣,係非常之新鮮甜!
