好朋友知道我鐘意食海膽,特登帶我黎呢度食海膽,首先介紹一下我食過d咩先✌🏻✌🏻十層海膽杯😍每隔一層就有海膽,而且夾雜左三文魚子,松葉蟹肉等既新鮮食材,每食一啖就會食到海膽,真係好好味,鐘意食海膽既朋友一定要試呢個海膽帆立貝牛油果沙律,新鮮沙律菜配以酸酸甜甜的醬汁,令人更加開胃👍🏻櫻花蝦玉子燒,好香既櫻花蝦,兩樣夾埋perfect match☺️清酒鮑魚雞翼,用清酒醃製,鮑魚夾起雞翼中間,食落又幾特別,而且雞翼煎得香口,又唔會掩蓋左鮑魚既鮮甜,值得一讚!三文魚夾餅壽司,呢個配搭幾特別,用餅乾夾埋食壽司,又別有一番風味!海膽燒岩蠔,成個蠔上面都係海膽,真係無得輸😄特色海膽火焰卷,淨係睇店員放火燒已經夠特別😂原來海膽同沙律醬好夾,又唔會搶左海膽風頭👍🏻雲海板上飄,淨聽名都覺得勁😂原來係用乾冰製造煙霧瀰漫既感覺,面條非常彈牙,加埋海膽煙煙韌韌,好有口感👍🏻最後以海膽雪糕🍦作結,我都係第一次甘樣食,海膽鮮味配上雪糕甜味,真係好有諗頭雖然店舖唔算好大,但食物質素非常好,而且店員好有禮貌,每樣食物都會加以介紹,好用心的一間居酒屋
