。🦪 牡蠣出汁雞清湯 ($108) -每日限量20碗, 用上牡蠣及雞骨熬製出的雙湯頭,濃郁的雞湯和牡蠣的鮮甜完全融為一體,廣島蠔大大隻,煮得剛剛好,鮮甜又多汁,還有柚子免治雞肉及醬油溏心蛋,真係好好食。波浪形的粗身拉麵條也不錯,但要食快啲,以免變淋。。🐚 蜆貝醬汁湯 ($95) - 用新鮮的蜆肉及醬油煮出鮮甜的湯頭,鮮味十足,再加上黑松露醬令鮮味昇華。三隻大大隻的蜆肉,嫩滑的豚叉燒及雞叉燒,個人覺得豚叉燒較出色。至於拉麵是幼身的白拉麵,較有嚼口亦較彈牙,兩碗面比較這碗更岩我口味。
