一路都好想試既一間日本料理,不過booking真係要睇緣份🤣 今次多得常客既邀請終於有機會品嘗,去前已經充滿期待。🍣 前菜有左口魚刺身三食、北海道帆立貝、法國魚子醬配甜蝦、北海道鮟鱇魚肝醬脆片及清酒昆布煮赤鮑。第一輪已經覺得每道菜既食材及份量都好慷慨,為這頓飯打下一個好開始!🍣 壽司環節,據聞Kenji San熟成有一手。當日有九件壽司,按吃既順序有九繪魚、沙甸魚、熟成十八天既八丈島吞拿魚、海膽魷魚、備長炭炙鰤魚、北海道小川馬糞海膽、鯖魚、鰈魚及大拖。🍣 中間加插海魚涷湯啫喱,本身對海魚有小小卻步既我幸好踏出comfort zone嘗試咗。啫喱入口即溶,整個口腔充滿著濃郁既魚湯,真係令人回味!加上吞拿肉面頰肉、吉列炸帆立貝、醬油鱈魚白子配烏魚子、熟成兩年既香蒜配醬油漬赤身及松葉蟹肉配蟹膏。✨ 廿十多道菜加入好多師傅既心思,好多別出心裁既菜式令我哋非常讚嘆。美中不足既係early dinner時間真係好尷尬,食到最後要兩位男士幫手清埋。希望下次可以嘗晚市,期待下次既到訪。
