To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫兩碟野等成25分鐘,我趕時間,一碟還未來,同埋佢地冷氣漕滴水,滴到碗筷丶同埋我個頭,十分不衛生!我要求取消單,佢地又要我要打包外賣,佢話廿幾分鐘係正常時間。最後雖然可以取消單,佢地從來冇對個客講過一句唔好意思,只係同個點心師傅講sorry!以後唔去!
