太古城的3樓開了一就間高級意大利餐廳,晚上與朋友來到品嘗新菜式,入座時看到桌上已預先擺上了傳統的舊英國古堡陶瓷餐具,柔和的氛圍貫穿整個傳統的木製牆身及鎢絲吊燈裝修,配合音樂營造出更有歐式西餐廳的情調味道。未落餐先送上薄脆片及橄欖油香醋招待客人。這次點了一些有別以往的餐點菜式,骨髓&焗蠔,配合牛油多士揭開整道晚餐的序幕。⭐️黃酒蜆以黃酒牛油等配料煮出的蜆肉,每一隻都鮮嫩彈牙,爽甜味美,暖胃必點前菜。⭐️牛骨髓&焗蠔不是每一間餐廳也有的獨特菜式,用匙羹將牛骨髓搯起放在牛油多士上,又或是另一口叉起焗蠔,品嘗那鮮甜軟滑的美味。⭐️Lobster Raviolii半隻龍蝦🦞連龍蝦鉗整份拆骨起肉,配合香濃芝士軟滑的意式雲吞,每一啖龍蝦滋味都沾上更深層的香濃龍蝦醬汁。⭐️栗子拿破崙香甜栗子蓉配合香脆酥皮拿破崙,還有酸甜開胃的雜莓雪葩與草莓🍓,絕對為這一頓完美的晚飯劃上句號。
