To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到食大閘蟹🦀嘅季節啦!今年我就率先去咗陶源酒家任食大閘蟹🩷我會揀喺度食嘅原因係呢度嘅食物種類好多!除咗3款任食蟹(清蒸、太雕、鹽焗),仲有片皮鴨🦆、鮑魚、金湯小米燴遼參、蟹粉扒豆苗;任食甜品🍮(楊枝甘露、布甸等);主食(壽包、糯米飯等);小食(避風塘雞中翼、手拍青瓜🥒)我多數喺屋企都係食清蒸大閘蟹,估唔到原來鹽焗都咁好食㗎,鹹鹹地咁!而其他小食都好夠滋味,椒鹽海中蝦、香辣萵筍絲等,送啤酒就一流啦❗️而甜品方面,楊枝甘露、杏仁茶、紅棗糕嘅質素都好高,我全部都好鍾意食❤️我今次淨係得兩個人嚟,下次我要約埋其他屋企人嚟先得,咁先可以再食得多啲,同埋有人生日嘅話(4位以上),仲有得升級啤酒汽水任飲添😋

我多數喺屋企都係食清蒸大閘蟹,估唔到原來鹽焗都咁好食㗎,鹹鹹地咁!而其他小食都好夠滋味,椒鹽海中蝦、香辣萵筍絲等,送啤酒就一流啦❗️而甜品方面,楊枝甘露、杏仁茶、紅棗糕嘅質素都好高,我全部都好鍾意食❤️
