To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家傳滬曉春季十二和菜($2480)五福喜臨門有以下五款香露醉雞:酒香味不夠濃,雞肉一般。家鄉燻魚:魚肉味清,不會太甜。門前店醬蹄:原來是小分蹄配上特製醬汁,汁味較甜。蔥油海蜇:爽口彈牙,配上青瓜絲,有清新感覺,麻油味不多,較清怡。油炆竹筍:竹筍新鮮,入口不膩。鮮蟹肉雞絲燴生翅:味道偏濃,入口不太杰,吃不到蟹肉,魚翅是細針貨色。翡翠黑松露菌鮮蝦球:蝦肉鮮甜爽口,彩椒和露筍新鮮可口,黑松露味淡。碧綠原隻花菇拌海參:花菇和海參入味和厚身,芡汁較甜。捲蔥填鴨(一隻):片皮鴨沒有即場獻功夫,只是切好上,而且是最後一碟才到,影響食慾。粉皮太濕,鴨皮脆口。什果東星斑:以為是大條松子桂林魚,其實是東星斑,賣相可以,魚味無甜味。竹笙瑤柱雙寶蔬:有小棠菜和紹菜,竹笙份量較少,瑤柱味淡。上海咸肉菜粒炒飯:飯粒炒得爽口,入口有咸肉味,份量足。上海小籠包(十二隻):皮薄,餡肉不油膩,小籠包內湯汁甜美。珍珠黃金露:即是南瓜西米露,把南瓜纖維隔去,確實可稱為「金露」,入口香滑,有南瓜味,但偏甜。總體來說,份量不容,用料新鮮,味偏濃,出菜次序有待改善。
