先說一下前菜燉蛋,我見到燉蛋的顏色比一般深色偏橙,向侍應細問之下,得知原來是用日本當地有名的蘭王蛋做食材烹煮。看上去很特別,不過吃起來分別並不大。沙律是沒有蛋黃醬,比較日式落油落醋,比較清淡的口味。

牛柳肥美多汁,除了伴碟配菜之外,有三種調味料可以醺點,包括原籽芥末、粉紅岩鹽和黑胡椒。本身牛柳已經有調味,所以不用另外落太多。我們沒有加錢將主菜轉做日本A4和牛西冷,本身的牛柳已經很出色。

味噌湯做得比外面一般餐廳更加認真,除了有豆製品做湯料之外,還有新鮮蜆肉。味噌湯味道不算很鹹,但層次感豐富。
