見到老母喺whatsapp講咁就試下啦,book咗六點半準時到準時入坐,呢點要讚既👍🏻叫咗一個三文魚扒, 一個黑椒牛扒7成熟, 奉送餐湯, 沙律同餐飲, Unfortunately, Starter已經係靚嘢嘅前奏...隨餐附送嘅沙律, 胡麻醬加菜。菜唔係特別新鮮, 整體一般。餐湯係南瓜湯, 睇樣就知啲香草擺明係一嘢倒落去, 完全無用茜隔住咁倒, 毫無擺設技巧可言。其次, 味道亦好一般, 太鹹, 而且唔知點解南瓜有啲酸味, 整體好一般。到主菜啦, 三文魚扒同埋黑椒牛扒 (Medium Well), 三文魚扒配忌廉汁, 忌廉汁完全冇味, 淨係得pat醬。三文魚扒就還好, 整體都算熟同埋新鮮嘅。薯菜係黑松露薯蓉, 小粟米, 小紅蘿蔔同埋蘆筍, 上面講嘅除咗小紅蘿蔔係熟之外, 其他全部都係凍嘅。黑松露薯蓉直頭唔好食, 完全係用松露分到落薯蓉度, 根本一啲香味都冇。小紅蘿蔔就還好, 但其餘兩樣就不予評論。 老母食嘅主菜就係黑椒牛扒 (Medium Well)。先唔好講佢嘅味道, 明眼人都知塊扒根本就咁煎完就算, 毫無炭香同其他香味可言。出去食牛扒如果毫無碳香倒不如自己返屋企煎好過🤷🏻‍♂️ 食落

餐飲都係中伏, 兩個人分別order一杯凍檸茶同埋熱咖啡, 凍檸茶隻杯就擺明係茶記用嗰啲不銹鋼杯嚟, 完全無美觀可言。檸檬薄到一個點, 茶味普通。Syrup就喺開嗰陣搞得唔夠勻, 杯茶上面嗰浸明顯唔甜, 下面嗰浸就甜到sweet過一pair情侶一齊kiss kiss咁款🤷🏻‍♂️🙃
老母杯咖啡都係垃圾, 呢杯咖啡級數差過茶記嘅凍熱咖啡, 結論咪就係連茶記都好過佢🙃

埋單連加一總數$623, 除2轉番整數嘅話圍返每人$312。一個set都竟然要200幾蚊, 仲要咁難食🌚 service都唔見得有幾好, 老母舉手落order就十問九唔應, 我一舉手就即刻拿拿聲過嚟, 你家陣係咪玩嘢先?你哋嘅反應我除咗用 "Sluggish" 嚟形容之外我都唔知用咩字嚟形容好, 咁嘅service收我10% service charge你哋都真係幾掠水🙃

結論就係唔值, 好坦白講唔識煮嘢食就唔該你學到識先好開舖, 唔好喺度開舖咁樣糟質香港人吖唔該🙃 好話唔好聽咁多餐廳競爭, 獨市區就話啫, 你仲要開喺旺角呢啲旺區地方, 整得唔好食係隨時會比人淘汰, 如果無心做嘅話, 我寧願你唔好開舖🙃

希望呢間餐廳嘅老闆/廚師睇到食評後會有所改善, 唔好整垃圾糟質香港人🙏🏻
