To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢個叫拿破崙千腸片長通粉連一杯熱飲$50長通粉就咁白烚無味,一定要撈勻個汁食,個汁看上去有香草,好似好秘制feel,但味道只係一個搓爛左的蕃茄,有少少酸。成件事就好似長通粉,蕃茄醬同腸仔被迫撈埋一齊。我唔知拿破崙千腸片長通粉本身係咪就係咁ge味。之不過,長通粉都可加啲鹽烚,比啲味佢,加啲欖油等佢無咁齋。唯一就係,都算幾多腸,同無味精(感覺上),係幾清淡健康。不過$50就貴左啲。
