To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新年時有幾位朋友外遊,未能互相見面拜年,難得大家上星期都有空檔,便相約吃晚餐團聚一番,想找一間可以無限時間的食店,只有酒樓比較合適。紅磡區我個人首選是彩福皇宴,第一地點近鐵路站,第二場地寬敞環境華麗坐位舒適,第三當然是食物選擇多而且美味。當晚我們一行四人,大家都想吃多幾款不同的菜式,但怕吃不下浪費食物,所以點了一些份量相對較少的。在一人點一款之下我選了名貴的乳豬件,其餘的都是由朋友揀選,差不多全部都是香脆的款式,幸好有普洱茶消膩。乳豬件 ($160) 一客8件乳豬件排列得整整齊齊,看得出豬皮很脆身。入口果然非常鬆脆,皮下脂肪不厚,所以吃起來不會油膩,乳豬肉又嫩又滑,的確好吃。脆皮燒腩仔 ($65)這裡的燒腩仔的確值得一讚,脆皮得來肉質仍然嫩滑,而且肥瘦適中又淡口,一啖一口好正 !欖菜肉碎蝦干四季豆 ($88)炒得好夠火喉,乾身不油膩,四季豆嫩綠脆口不韌,鮮甜多汁,肉碎也多,調味蠻不錯。芝士焗龍蝦伊麵 ($238,芝士另收$30)這道芝士焗龍蝦用上不同芝士來焗,令芝士汁更濃更香口。加上份量十足的加拿大龍蝦,切件的龍蝦啖啖肉, 豐厚彈牙又鮮甜。伊麵掛滿芝士甚為誘人,不消一會整碟伊麵被吃得一

 一客8件乳豬件排列得整整齊齊,看得出豬皮很脆身。入口果然非常鬆脆,皮下脂肪不厚,所以吃起來不會油膩,乳豬肉又嫩又滑,的確好吃。

脆皮南乳雞半隻 ($68)

雖然只得半隻,但份量絕對沒有欺場,大大碟。炸子雞吃得多,第一次吃南乳雞,雞皮炸得剛好,脆而不膩, 肉質嫩滑,充滿南乳香味,味道別具一格,值得一試。

竹燕椰汁糕 ($20) 

這個竹燕椰汁糕看起來跟椰汁桂花糕沒什麼兩樣。吃一口看看味道如何,一入口椰汁味便湧出來,慢慢便嚐到淡淡的桂花榶味,口感軟滑味道清甜。

很久沒吃過這款健康又美味的懷舊甜品,所以忍不住點了兩客,芝麻卷質感柔軟細滑,味道香而清甜,相當好吃。
