To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一道菜是香葉辣椒猪肉碎燴飯,配上荷包蛋。這道菜的猪肉碎非常香辣,加上泰國香葉的獨特香氣,讓整道菜的味道非常迷人。荷包蛋做得恰到好處,讓口感更加豐富。接下來的是雞全翼串燒,這道菜的雞翼烤得十分入味,外皮酥脆內裡多汁。再來是牛油燒粟米,這道菜的粟米烤得剛剛好,帶有微微的焦香味,搭配上牛油的香味,非常開胃可口。我還點了兩串雞腎串燒,這道菜的雞腎烤得很嫩,搭配上辣椒醬的刺激口感,讓整道菜非常開胃。另外一道菜是泰式酸辣鳳爪,這道菜的鳳爪口感十分嫩滑,加上泰式酸辣醬的搭配,讓人驚艷。最後是熱龍眼茶,這杯茶的味道非常香甜,但我點了少甜口味,喝起來順口不膩。
